DFA: Mga Pilipinong mangingisda ang dapat tumanggap ng ‘sorry’

Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr., nilinaw na dapat ang 22 mangingisda na sangkot sa Recto Bank incident ang tumanggap ng patawad mula sa may ari ng Chinese vessel at hindi siya. Iginiit din ng kalihim ang kabayarang dapat nilang matanggap dahil sa nangyaring insidente.
