Pres. Rodrigo Duterte has assigned Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra as officer-in-charge from August 28 – September 1 while in China for his 5th official visit. As OIC, Guevarra is tasked to take care of the day-to-day operations and oversee the general administration of the Executive department.
