SC backs Ombudsman’s decision on Ex-PNoy homicide case

The Supreme Court (SC) upheld the Office of the Ombudsman’s decision to clear Former President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III and 2 others of all charges regarding the SAP 44 Mamasapano Maguindanao case. The High Court reasoned that there was no case of Grave Abuse of Discretion committed by the Office of the Ombundsman in dismissing the case.
