The Manila Drug Queen associated with ninja cops and allegedly involved in large transactions of illegal drugs has been identified by the Manila Police District as Guia Gomez Castro, incumbent Barangay Chairperson of 484, Zone 48 of Sampaloc, Manila. Manila Police Chief BGen. Vicente Danao Jr. points out that Castro has been on the drug watchlist for a long time. Castro has reportedly filed for an indefinite leave of absence with then-Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada.
