Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director General Aaron Aquino confirmed that there are remaining depraved employees in the PDEA. The statement came following the arrest of PDEA agent Richard Gaufo on Saturday, 28 September 2019 on the ground of possession of firearms and 10 grams of illegal drugs. In this regard, Dir. Gen. Aquino underscored that the agency will implement a more stringent internal cleansing program.
