The Lower House sets its eyes on enhancing healthcare in the country. This 18th Congress, the House Committee on Health is tackling bills on the matter. As part of the full implementation of the Universal Health Care Act, proposals on health services provisions were filed. The establishment of a national health passport system on one hand, and the design of a Philippine E-health system on the other.
