The Department of Justice has approved the release of 34 persons deprived of liberty who cooperated with PRRD’s directive for all GCTA-freed PDL’s to return to the Bureau of Corrections. The DOJ-BuCor task force continues to study and closely monitor the records of GCTA-freed PDLs who have surrendered.
