Remains of 2 Filipino fishermen in Taiwan arrive today

The bodies of Serencio Andree Abregana, 44, and George Jagmis, 47, arrive today. They are among 3 Filipino casualties of the collapse of a bridge in Yilan, Taiwan. The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration has assured aid for the relatives of the victims in the form of educational, livelihood, and burial assistance. The Taiwanese state has said that it has extended support to the OFWs, simultaneous with the ongoing investigation on the tragedy.
