The Department of Health, in partnership with other arms, launches it campaign versus firecrackers. Instead of using such deleterious items, the health office urges the public to partake in community fire works displays. President Rodrigo Duterte, by means of Executive Order No. 28, abhored the use and trade in firecrackers.
