Reports on the presence of casualties also surround, though pending verification. Numerous places felt the fury of Ursula, a multiple-landfall typhoon, which included Panay, Eastern Samar, and Mindoro. There were approximately 58,400 individuals that encompassed in the preemptive evacuation, coming from various provinces. Local power cooperatives sustain their reparation to restore the electricity supply in Eastern Visayas. Clearing operations continue in affected areas to eradicate the tumbled trees and other blockages on the roads. Relief undertakings by local governments are effective.
