President Rodrigo Duterte will proceed in filing a case against water concessionaires Maynilad Water Services Inc. and Manila Water Company, Inc., according to the Malacañan. The palace sees the contracts between the state and said water providers as the primary evidence in the envisaged lawsuit. It added that the agreements reflect the infringement of the anti-graft law.
