Parts of EDSA Balintawak closed for Skyway 3

Portions of EDSA Balintawak going to North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) were ordered closed to give way to Skyway Stage 3 project, whose construction has already started to connect the Skyway from A. Bonifacio to NLEX.

The construction project has caused increased traffic congestion in the area this morning.

Some drivers said they understand how it will ultimately bring convenience and cut travel time once finished, even if the closure means heavy traffic for 20 days.
