PRRD prohibits vape in public places

In Executive Order (EO) No. 106 titled “Prohibiting the Manufacture, Distribution, Marketing, and Sale of Unregistered and/or Adulterated Electronic Nicotine or Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems, Heated Tobacco Products and other Novel Tobacco Products,” amending Executive Order no. 26 and for other purposes, the President has extended the range of the nationwide smoking ban.

As part of the new EO, all e-liquids, solutions, or refills of vape sold in public should be registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and a current license should also be visible in the store at all times.

It is prohibited to sell vape or any tobacco products to minors, or persons under 21 years old.
