Sen. Angara again tests positive for COVID-19

Senator Sonny Angara has again tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) almost a month after he recovered.

The lawmaker shared that he tested positive after having two negative results. He added that his doctors were also uncertain of the incident and that it may be “remnants of the earlier virus.”

The Senator said that he was scheduled to donate his blood plasma when he took a swab test and found the results positive.

Meanwhile, Sen. Angara and his family will undergo self-quarantine once more to get rid of the virus. He also urged the public to obey the advice of the health authorities to avoid COVID-19. – PTV News
