Nagsimula na ngayong araw ang 48-hour ‘hard lockdown’ sa Tondo District 1. Sa kabila ng kapansin-pansin na pagka-tahimik ng lugar, may ilan pa rin na nahuli ang pulisya na lumalabag sa lockdown.
