The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has offered free revalidation of Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) that expired in the duration of the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
According to the POEA, the requirements include original copy of the expired OEC, copy of Employment Contract, copy of valid work permit/visa, and valid passport.
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) may proceed to the POEA counter in airports on the day of their flights to claim their free revalidation. The POEA has also clarified that the payment of PhilHealth contribution is no longer a requirement to issue an OEC.
