NBI files raps against several QC condominium personnel

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed illegal detention charges against several condominium personnel.

Property Manager/Administrative Head of Victoria Towers Condominium Mel Tosco, Head, Security Management of San Jose Builders Inc. Napoleon Briñas, SJBI Vice President Atty. Jerich J. Jucaban, Sadat Macabanding, assigned security guards, and 5 more staff of Victoria Towers Condominium illegally detained three nurses living in the said condominium.

The nurses were prohibited to go out despite their medical clearances stating that they are not infected with the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and are fit to return to work.
