Pag-IBIG Fund launches loan with lowest interest rate

Pag-IBIG Fund has launched its new promo on housing loan with the lowest interest rate. Under the promo, the interest rate is only 4.985% per annum.

According to Pag-IBIG Fund Vice President for Public Relations and Information Services Karin-Lei Franco-Garcia, the promo is available until December 2020. Franco-Garcia clarified that only new borrowers can avail of the said promo and the 5.375% rate per annum remains for previous borrowers.
