NBI files raps vs 9 cops in Sulu shooting incident

The NBI has also filed a complaint of neglect of duty against Sulu Philippine National Police (PNP) Provincial Director Michael Bawayan Jr., Jolo Police Chief Police Major Walter Annayo and Sulu DEU Chief Police Captain Ariel Corcino as confirmed by NBI Western Mindanao Regional Director Moises Tamayo. – PTV News
