President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Sunday night, August 2, reverted the National Capital Region (NCR), Bulacan and the provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan to modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) effective midnight August 4, 2020.
