Palace announces GCQ transition protocols

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has announced the GCQ transition protocols Wednesday afternoon for gatherings and different industries.

Capacity in mass gatherings and religious activities is only 10 persons.

Establishments offering personal care and aesthetic procedures, gyms and sports facilities, testing and tutorial centers, review centers, internet cafes, drive-in cinemas, pet grooming services shall remain closed even under GCQ.

Dine-in restaurants, salons and barbershops and all their services, except full body massages are allowed provided that they will comply with the capacity issued by their respective local government units (LGUs).

Face shields, aside from face masks, are now required in commercial places, workplaces and public transport. The enforcement of quarantine passes are upon the discretion of the LGUs but a unified curfew from 8PM to 5AM will be imposed.
