NCR still under GCQ, Iligan City placed under MECQ

President Rodrigo R. Duterte has announced Monday night the new quarantine classifications for the various regions in the Philippines.

The Chief Executive has placed Iligan City under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). The National Capital Region (NCR), Bulacan, Batangas, Bacolod City, and Tacloban City remain under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) while the rest of the country are placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
