PNP ensures aid for wounded police officers in Oriental Mindoro

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has ensured the assistance for the police officers wounded in the attack of alleged members of the Communist New People’s Army (NPA) in Oriental Mindoro.

MIMAROPA Police Regional Director Police Brigadier General Pascual Muñoz has personally visited and gave financial assistance to his 3 injured officers.

The MIMAROPA police has initially reported that the leftist armed group ambushed the 5 cops on their way back to the camp. The rebels burned down their mobile patrol car.
