FIFA President tests positive for COVID-19


Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) President Gianni Infantino has tested positive for Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The FIFA Press Office has confirmed that Infantino has the virus but only manifested mild symptoms. He has placed himself in quarantine.
The association has also disclosed that “all people who came into contact with the FIFA President during the last few days have been informed accordingly and they are being requested to take the necessary steps.” – PTV News
