PRRD invites Russian Pres. Putin to visit PH


President Rodrigo R. Duterte has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit the Philippines.

In anticipation of the two nations’ 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2021, President Duterte insisted that the pleasant relationship of the Philippines and Russia must be celebrated and relived. The said leaders have agreed to further strengthen their respective defense and security, health, technology, and the economy in the past years.

The Filipino head of state has also expressed his gratitude to Russia for its promise of providing a vaccine against Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to the Philippines. – PTV News
