Statement of the Department of Tourism

The Department of Tourism (DOT) reminds the public that non-essential travel to and from the National Capital Region (NCR) and the provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan, collectively known as NCR Plus, is not yet allowed.

Leisure travelers from the aforementioned region and provinces are encouraged to postpone their travel plans to any areas outside the bubble until such time that the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EIMD) will lift the travel restrictions.
