Northeast monsoon to bring fair weather Tuesday: PAGASA

MANILA — The country will experience good weather on Tuesday as the northeast monsoon affects extreme Northern Luzon.

State weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration (PAGASA) said that Batanes, including Babuyan Group of Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila, where the 31st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits is being held, and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to occasionally strong winds while coastal waters will be occasionally rough.
