The National Capital Region (NCR), Cavite, and Rizal are now classified under moderate risk, the OCTA Research Group said on Sunday, Jan. 30.
According to a Twitter post by OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David, NCR, Cavite, and Rizal are now at moderate risk, while Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon remain at high risk.

āNCR could improve to low risk within two weeks if downtrend continues,ā he added.
The average daily attack rate (ADAR) in NCR is 23.01 and the growth rate is at -68%.
In Cavite, the ADAR is at 20.30, and the growth rate is at -65%.
