MANILA – Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be experiencing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms this Saturday, Apr. 16.

In its 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecast the northeasterly surface wind flow (NSW) and localized thunderstorms to bring slightly overcast skies and a sprinkling of rain showers.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The NSW is mostly seen to affect extreme northern Luzon, bringing moderate to strong winds headed northeast, resulting in moderate to rough coastal water conditions.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds headed northeast to north, bringing slight to moderate seas.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25°C to 33°C; Baguio City, 15°C to 25°C; Puerto Princesa City, 24°C to 32°C; Metro Cebu, 23°C to 31°C; Cagayan de Oro City, 23°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao, 24°C to 34°C. (PNA) – bny
