President Rodrigo Duterte turned emotional as he ended his speech during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Pampanga Provincial Hospital in Clark, Pampanga, Sunday, May 1.

“Now that I am already at the tail end of my administration, I thank everyone who has helped me realize the dreams we have for our country,” Duterte said.

“I am honored to be with you, as I commemorate my last Labor Day as President,” he added.

On Sunday, Duterte also led the inauguration of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Hospital.
