Frontal System to bring rains over Northern Luzon

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) advised the public on Thursday, May 5, regarding the Frontal System which will be affecting Northern Luzon.

Cloudy skies with rains are expected in areas of Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the Frontal System which may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the Caraga and Davao region will be experiencing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought by the Easterlies and may have flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms and may experience flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. – bny
