PH to host FIVB-VNL 2nd leg

The Philippines is set to host the second leg of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) Volleyball Nations League (VNL) this month that will be participated by 16 volleyball nations in an all-play-all tournament.

The FIVB VNL women’s division will be held on June 14 to 19, while the men’s division is set on June 21 to 26.

Volleyball league teams from the United States, Japan, Italy, Thailand, China, Canada, Bulgaria, and Belgium will be competing under the women’s division.

Teams from Japan, Argentina, Slovenia, Netherlands, France, China, Italy, and Germany will be playing for the men’s division.

Aside from the FIVB VNL, the Philippine women’s volleyball national team will play against Asia’s Queens of Volleyball Thailand and Japan on June 11 at 6:00 p.m. and June 12 at 4:00 p.m., respectively.

The Philippine men’s national team will compete versus Germany and Japan on June 16 at 4:00 p.m. and June 27 at 4:00 p.m., respectively for the exhibition match of the the Philippine National Volleyball Federation International Challenge.

Meanwhile, the action-packed volleyball tournaments can be watched live online through the Smart Giga Play app. – ag
