Metro Manila and other areas in Southern Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported on Sunday, June 12.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the ITCZ is also affecting Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon), Aurora, Bulacan, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Camarines Norte.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to ITCZ and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
