Oil price rollback expected Tuesday

Oil companies are set to implement an oil price rollback on Tuesday, Oct. 4.

Shell, Clean Fuel, Sea Oil, Petro Gazz, and Caltex announced a 40-cent per liter rollback of gasoline, 45-cent per liter of diesel, and 85-cent per liter of kerosene.

The prices of petroleum products have been reduced due to higher crude and premium transportation costs.

According to the data from the Department of Energy, the price adjustment of gasoline will reach P14.00 per liter after 2022 started, while P28.00 per liter for diesel, and P23.00 for kerosene. -Report from Naomi Tiburcio/KC – gb
