The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched “Isumbong mo kay Chief” platform which allows the public to send feedback on its services online via Quick Response (QR) code.

According to LTO, the digital complaint platform is one of its initiatives to provide effective and convenient service to the public as it digitalizes its services.

LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo Tugade conducted the displaying of “Isumbong mo kay Chief” QR code stickers in the Licensing Section of LTO Central Office in East Avenue, Quezon City.

The QR code stickers have also been posted in all LTO districts and regional offices nationwide.

The online feedback mechanism platform is a QR code-based app where customers can submit their complaints or suggestions through scanning the code in their phone.

Afterwards, they will be redirected to a survey form where they can put the details regarding their feedback which will be directly sent to the LTO chief and to different district chiefs.

The form also includes options for a list of common issues such as slow service, rude personnel, unorganized environment, or fixer presence.

The agency urged the public to report the complaints through its online platform in order for it to be addressed and investigated. -ag
