Maynilad offers desludging services this September

West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) is offering septic tank cleaning services to its residential and semi-business customers this September in select parts of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Malabon, Manila, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City, Valenzuela, and Cavite Province at no extra cost.

Maynilad’s sanitation program is one of the company’s efforts to lessen pollution loading into Metro Manila’s river systems. “We ask our customers to avail of this service, as it will help to protect community health and the environment,” said Maynilad Chief Operating Officer Christopher Lichauco.

Customers residing in the following areas may avail of Maynilad’s free desludging services:

  • Caloocan – Barangay 1, 4 to 18, 20, 25 to 28, 30 to 46, 49 to 79, 167, 171, 172, 174, 175, 176, 178, 180, 185 to 188
  • Las Piñas – Brgy. Talon I, Talon III, Talon IV, Talon V, and Zapote
  • Malabon – Brgy. Baritan, Bayan-Bayanan, Concepcion, Dampalit, Flores, Hulong Duhat, Ibaba, Longos, Muzon, San Agustin, and Tañong
  • Manila – Brgy. Ermita, Malate, Paco, San Miguel, Sta. Cruz, Sta. Mesa, and Tondo
  • Pasay – Brgy. San Jose, San Rafael, San Roque, and Sta. Clara

Moreover, some Maynilad customers in Cavite Province may avail of the company’s septic tank cleaning services at no extra cost. Septic tank cleaning service normally costs around P 4,700 per truck.
