21 arrested in Central Luzon anti-illegal drug ops

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Twenty-one drug personalities were arrested and numerous illegal drugs were confiscated during the series of anti-illegal drugs operations in Central Luzon conducted by the police authorities over the weekend.

Police Regional Office 3 director Chief Supt. Amador V. Corpus on Monday said the region-wide operations on Saturday and Sunday resulted in the arrests of seven drug suspects in Tarlac; four in Pampanga; three in Zambales; three in Bataan; two in Bulacan; one in Nueva Ecija and one in Olongapo City.

Those arrested in Tarlac were identified as Rodney Carino and Michael Sangalang, both from Capas; Rolly Paulino, Virgilio Tabamo and a 16-year-old from Tarlac City; Jeffrey Salazar of Gerona; and, Joselito Padilia of La Paz.

In Pampanga, the four arrested drug suspects were Michael Palo of City of San Fernando; Ronald Reyes and Marco Nicolas of Porac; and Dennis Nucum of Mexico.

In Zambales, the three drug suspects arrested were Christian Abenoja of San Antonio; Aleli Linayao and Angelita Cometa of Iba.

Nabbed in Bataan were Jimmy Ronquillo of Dinalupihan; Richard Mina of Abucay; and Vic Macapinlac of Balanga City.

Also arrested were Ramil Flores of City of Meycauayan and Reynaldo Cacnio of Bocaue, both in Bulacan; Osmena Moises of Olongapo City; and Jolly Bernardo of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. (PNA)
