Cebu Pacific cancels Legazpi flights due to Mayon eruption

MANILA — Cebu Pacific has cancelled several flights going to and from Legazpi City scheduled Wednesday due to the ongoing eruption of the Mayon Volcano.

In its advisory Tuesday afternoon, the airline said the following Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights are cancelled:

5J 324 9:50 a.m. 10:55 a.m.

5J 326 2 p.m. 3:10 p.m.

5J 328 4:30 p.m. 5:40 p.m.

Cebu-Legazpi

DG (Cebgo) 6204 2 p.m. 3:20 p.m.

DG 6205 3:40 p.m. 5 p.m.

The airline said passengers booked on the canceled flights could either rebook at a later travel date within 30 days free of charge, get a full refund, or place the cost of the ticket in a travel fund for future use.

Guests could manage their bookings and avail any of these options through the Cebu Pacific’s website, it said. (PNA)
