Clark One Stop Shop to fast track, boost services

CLARK, Pampanga — Processing of requirements for government services will now be faster and more convenient for both locators and employees here.

This, as the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) together with various government agencies and the local government unit of Mabalacat on Wednesday signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) that would fast track and hasten the delivery of services of the One Stop Processing Center (OSPC) at the former Clark Polytechnic here.

Those who signed the agreement were CDC president Noel F. Manankil; Social Security System (SSS)  officer in charge for Luzon Central Division Gloria Corazon Andrada; PhilHealth branch manager Ruby Vitug; Pag-IBIG branch head Liberty Guerrero;  Department of Labor and Employment  Regional Director Ana Dione; Mabalacat legal officer Emmanuel Ignacio; and CDC External Affairs Division assistant vice president Rommel Narciso.

The OSPC will fast track processing time for government services such as SSS registration and membership, PhilHealth payment premium contributions and members’ registration, Pag-IBIG contribution, and other services being offered by DOLE with the support of the Mabalacat City.

During the signing, Manankil said that the implementation of fast-tracked system at the said facility would add features to the ease of doing business in Clark.

He also thanked the representatives of each agencies adding that “this effort is very desirable for Clark and I hope you (referring to the government agencies) can make the similar arrangements with other regulatory agencies of the government.”

“Our goal here (in Clark) is to make business activities more seamless and faster,” Manankil added. (Marna Dagumboy Del Rosario/PNA)
