PFF bares national team lineup for WAC

MANILA — The Philippine women’s football team is now ready to go to Jordan.

The Philippine Football Federation announced the national team that will compete in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup beginning on Friday in the said country.

Leading the way for the Philippine team are goalkeeper Inna Palacios and midfielders Patrice Impelido and Sara Castañeda.

Bolstering the 23-woman roster are US-based players Ryley Bugay and Sarina Bolden.

Another notable player added to the team is Chalise Baysa, the oldest player in the team at 37.

Baysa last played for the Philippines in the 2013 AFF Women’s Championship.

Completing the lineup are Alesa Dolino, Claire Lim, Krystal De Ramos, Hali Long, Morgan Brown, Cam Rodriguez, Ma. Luisa Park, Jesse Shugg, Caitlyn Kreutz, Kearra Bastes-Jones, Leah Larot, Alexa Diaz, Stacey Cavill, Calah Simarago, Tahnai Annis, Quinley Quezada, and Jessica Miclat.
