Oil firms to hike prices Tuesday

MANILA — Oil firms will hike pump prices effective 6 a.m. on Tuesday (April 24).

Motorists can expect a PHP0.40 per liter increase for gasoline and PHP0.65/liter rise for diesel from Eastern Petroleum and Phoenix Petroleum.

Seaoil and Petron will carry the same price adjustments for diesel and gasoline, and will also implement a PHP0.65/liter price increase for kerosene.

PTT will hike the prices of its Blue 97, 95, and 93 by PHP0.40/liter, and its Blue Diesel by PHP0.65/liter.

Flying V will also have the PHP0.40/liter price increase on its Rush97, Thunder95, and Volt91. It will have a price increase of PHP0.65/liter for biodiesel and PHP0.65/liter price hike for kerosene.

Shell’s VPN+Racing97, VPN+95, and FuelSave91 will be costlier by PHP0.40/liter, while the firm’s diesel products and kerosene will carry a PHP0.65/liter price increase.

Jetti, meanwhile, announced a PHP0.35/liter price hike for its Optimum97, Premium95, AccelRate93, and RegularPlus91, and PHP0.55/liter for its Diesel Master.

At 6:01 a.m., Unioil will implement a price increase of PHP0.65/liter for diesel and PHP0.40/liter price increase for gasoline.
