MANILA — Eight domestic flights were cancelled as of Thursday afternoon due to the inclement weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.
Cancelled were:

PAL Express (2P) 2196/2197 Manila-Laoag-Manila

On Wednesday, a total of eight domestic flights were also cancelled due to bad weather, based on MIAA’s records.
The state weather bureau, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), earlier said the southwest monsoon is affecting Luzon.
Monsoon rains may also prevail over parts of Luzon, including Batanes, based on PAGASA’s forecast. ( Ma. Cristina Arayata/PNA)
