Northeast monsoon, easterlies affecting Northern Luzon Friday

MANILA — Northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon while easterlies is affecting the rest of the country on Wednesday, according to the weather bureau.

In its latest bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over Northern Luzon with moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-25 degrees Celsius;

Angeles City 25-33 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 24-32 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-32 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao 23-33 degrees Celsius.
