MANILA— The northeast monsoon (amihan) continues to affect Luzon on Thursday but the most of the country will have fair weather.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Quezon and Camarines provinces will have cloudy skies with light rains and thunderstorms caused by the northeast monsoon.

Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers also due to the northeast monsoon.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-31 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 22-32; Baguio City 14-25; Metro Cebu 25-31; and Metro Davao 25-33.
