Dasma’s hospital offers drug testing service starting Dec. 3

DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite — This city’s “Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas” will start operating its Drug Testing Center on Monday.

In an advisory released Wednesday, the hospital said the drug testing service will be open to the public, including non-city residents, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday for a fee of PHP200 per drug test, “which is PHP50 lower that the rate in most drug testing facilities.”

The hospital was established to provide quality health care to city folks, particularly those who seek free or affordable hospitalization and health care.

Giving priority to city residents, its list of services and facilities include ambulance and patient transport services, animal bite and treatment center, blood bank, emergency services, all available 24/7.

It also includes cardio (ECG and 2D Echo) and respiratory unit, dental, dietary, hemodialysis, and medical records, which are set on certain schedules, with some excluding Sunday operations.

It also offers outpatient check-up services (family planning, family medicine, pediatrics, OB Gyne, Orthopedic, Industrial Clinic and Internal Medicine), surgery, teen parents’ clinic, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, psychiatrist check-up; various radiology services (from c-arm operative machine, CT scan, general radiology, intervention radiology, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasonograph), and rescue services.
