Pacquiao-Horn rematch to be held in Manila, DOT official confirms

Quezon City, August 21, 2017 — After a long queue of speculations for the venue of the second mega fight of Manny Pacquiao and Jeff Horn, Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Wanda T.
