Ambassador Garcia calls for cessation of erroneous funding

Philippine permanent representative to the United Nations (UN) and other international organizations ambassador Evan Garcia requests European states and international organizations to stop financing bogus non-government organizations that are forged by the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) during the 42nd session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland. National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Chairperson Secretary Allen Capuyan also takes part in the event by voicing out that the displacement of various Filipino indigenous people from their native lands is caused not by militarization, but by CPP-NPA causes.
