By Raymond Carl Dela Cruz | Philippine News Agency

MANILA – Cloudy skies will prevail over most parts of the country on Saturday (Nov. 20) with the northeast monsoon or “amihan” bringing isolated rains in parts of northern and central Luzon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience the same weather condition due to localized thunderstorms.

Winds in northern and central Luzon will be moderate to strong, headed northeast, with moderate to rough seas.

Light to moderate winds headed east to the northeast will sweep the rest of the country, with slight to moderate seas.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 24°C to 32°C; Baguio City, 16°C to 25°C; Tagaytay City, 21°C to 31°C; Metro Cebu, 25°C to 32°C; and Metro Davao, 26°C to 33°C. (PNA) – bny
