Recognizing individuals and groups who use the digital space to promote child-friendly content, advocacy organization Anak TV invites the public to vote for their favorite influencers, creators, and artists for this year’s Net Makabata Star Awards.

Launched in 2023, the Net Makabata Star Awards honor outstanding changemakers and on-screen personalities for using their platform to contribute to children and youth development through media and the arts.

Voting runs from Nov. 14 to 18 through the Net Makabata Star webpage.

Netizens only need to enter a valid email address and select a TV network they wish to support. Each account is likewise eligible to choose one male and one female personality.

At the end of the voting period, the personalities who will receive the highest number of verified votes will be included in the Top 10 Net Makabata Male and Top 10 Net Makabata Female awardees.

The winners will be announced during the Anak TV Seal Awards at The Peninsula Manila on Dec. 2, 2025.

Being a certified “makabata” means not only using the digital world and influence for entertainment but also as a “force for good”—embodying positive values, such as compassion, respect, as well as dedication to inspire and educate the youth.

So, who is your Makabata Star? Vote for your favorite role models now!
