ARTA files raps vs 5 DOE officials

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) has charged 5 Department of Energy (DOE) Renewable Management Bureau officials in violation of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery.

The ARTA disclosed that the complaint is rooted on a request for the transfer of a renewable energy project of a private company that took 3 years before it was acted upon. The agency stated that the response to the request must only take 3 to 10 days.

The case has been filed with the Office of the Ombudsman and the Civil Service Commission (CSC). – Report from Louisa Erispe
